After the inspection, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent.

We will discuss any major findings, explain why fixing them is important, and tell you what type of contractor should be contacted to conduct any further evaluations or make necessary repairs. We will also point out any ongoing maintenance tasks that you should plan for in order to properly maintain the condition of your home. Finally, I will share with you some recommended safety and efficiency upgrades that you can make as a way to help you ensure the safety and comfort of you and your family for years to come.

All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read report, which will be delivered in web and PDF formats. From that report, you will be able to see the items I discussed, images for reference, and clear directions on your next steps.
