Brad is excellent! He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he found in a way that was easy to understand. His attention to detail gave us confidence in our home buying decision and helped us understand both immediate concerns and future maintenance items.

Brad inspected my new home purchase that was a 14 year old resale. After reviewing his findings and being able to clarify each item on the punch list, I had a better understanding what may or may not be an issue.

Brad completed a home inspection for a townhouse we are buying from 7000 miles away. He was super detailed and thorough in his inspection, writeup, and documentation through photographs, and gave us confidence that we understood what we were getting into. Although ideally we'd have been physically present for his walk-thru, he did this virtually via Zoom, and with flexibility with our time zone, so that it worked out fine. He was also very fast and to the point in responding to our follow-up questions in email after our meeting. All in all, excellent service and professionalism.
