Most of my clients are not able to be present at the inspection and buying homes with 0 to 1 visits before presenting an offer. Brad not only meets with me at the end of the inspection to go over everything he found but he also schedules a zoom summary call with me and my client to review the inspection report with them. All three of my clients were extremely happy with his work and felt like they got a very thorough inspection. He also will schedule your termite and radon inspections too and he uses a drone to look and take photos of the roof! Prompt knowledgeable and informative. Explained the services and answered all questions. Spent 3 hours checking all systems of the house. Report was ready same day. Would highly recommend
